The "FLS" Findings Report

The "FLS" Findings Report is a one page report that will provide you with a comprehensive loan evaluation to include:

Review for any agency deficiencies
Interview with borrowers, face to face or telephone
Review of borrower’s current financial situation
Estimate of current property value via internet sources and a drive-by

Based on our research and evaluation we will summarize the quality of the loan and borrower’s financial status. Finally our report will conclude with our unique “FLS” grading system which gives a direct recommendation which direction you should pursue.
